Meet Debbie....

Debbie Allen is a Holistic Nurse Coach and founder of Wellness Withing Nurse Coaching LLC.

Debbie has been a registered nurse for 18 years and has served the St. Louis region and beyond. She lives in St. Louis with her Fiancé and has recently bought her forever home. In her free time, Debbie loves working out, exploring new places, spending time with family and friends and drinking iced coffee.

At Wellness Within Nurse Coaching, we believe there is no one-size-fits-all definition of wellness. Debbie partners with clients to help them discover what wellness means to them and create realistic, sustainable changes that fit their unique lives.

With her years of nursing experience and background in patient care, she brings a deeper understanding of health, chronic conditions, and the challenges people face on their wellness journeys. By combining her nursing knowledge with whole-person coaching, she supports clients in moving beyond simply managing health concerns toward creating lasting wellness from the inside out.
